Portrait Agreement

Session Fee/Payment: Client agrees to pay the photographer a session fee at the time of booking to secure the appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable fee that covers the time and talent of the photographer during your session, the selection and editing of your images, and the hosting of your personal ordering session. *The session fee does not include any digital images or products.

Images will be available approximately 14 day after your photo session and will be presented to you at an ordering appointment or digital gallery delivery. It is at this time you will make your portrait selection, and place your order.

All payment are due in full at the order appointment (unless payment arrangements have been made). Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received. After twelve months, all images will be purged from the photographer's hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the photographer at the photographers sole discretion.

Rescheduling: Coco Paige Photography, LLC requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation for client's session fee to be transferable. In the event of weather conditions that are out of our control: The session will be rescheduled at the earliest date possible.

Location Access and Fees: If the client wants to do a session at a location that charges for access, the client will be responsible to cover fees associated with shooting there, and all parking fees. The client is also responsible for organizing the access and any permits related to doing so.

Limit of Liability: Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

Copyrights: The photographs produced by Coco Paige Photography, LLC are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Coco Paige Photography, LLC’s explicit written permission. It is a breach of this Agreement to not only reproduce the images but to display them on social networking sites (Facebook.com, Twitter, Instagram, Myspace.com, etc.) If displayed on social networking sites, photos must state that the photos are by Coco Paige Photography, LLC somewhere visible on the photo or on the information tab below each single photo. A print release will be included with purchase of digital files to print portraits for personal use.

Model Release

I hereby consent that my name and the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by Coco Paige Photography, LLC for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any other publication to promote her studio or name. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned and release Coco Paige, LLC from all claims and liability relation to said photographs.

I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this model release and fully understand the contents hereof.

I represent that I am the [parent/guardian] of the above named Minor Child model. For value received, I hereby consent to the foregoing on the Minor Child’s behalf I have read the model release and fully understand the contents hereof
